“The mind once enlightened cannot again become dark.”
The day had come when we had the orientation where we introduced our unique model of teaching to the senior students of the school. The idea lies that a student of a higher standard, if trained and mentored properly can successfully teach his juniors. We follow the principle of learn, understand and explain which would be benefitting for both ends of spectrum- teaching and learning. At first we gave a presentation to some academically well students of standard 8th who had specifically been selected by teachers for this purpose. The teachers encouraged our cause and wanted us to address a wider audience, which we did in the amphitheatre. We could never have dreamt to present in front of a crowd of more than 700 students!. There were around 80 positive replies after the presentation which was unanticipated but motivating. Well, this seems like a good going!
